Course Schedule Reviewers Guide
Begin reviewing course schedules as soon as the baseline schedule is released by Records & Registration.
Note: Deadlines, including those for revision and release of the schedule to students, are established by the Registrar, College, and Department.
Verify Class Schedule Audit for Dept Schedulers Report Data
Expand dropdownUse the Class Schedule Audit for Dept Schedulers report to view rolled sections (by Records & Registration - from the previous year's respective term) and to act as a worksheet when planning your course schedules. After extracting the report, use it to determine which sections need to be deleted, edited, and created. Once you have your course schedule planned, transfer the information to the Google spreadsheet, used by Records & Registration to update Banner. Finally, once the sections are in Banner, use the report to verify that the list in Banner is correct.
1. Extract the desired Class Schedule Audit for Dept Schedulers report data.

- College Code (College)
- College Description (College Desc)
- Department Code (Department)
- Department Description (Department Desc)
- Subject Code (Subject) - Extract the Subject Codes by Department report for a list of subject codes by department.Note: Visit the Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) page for more information on extracting reports.
- Subject Description (Subject Desc)
- Course Number (Course)
- Credit Hours (Course Cr) - For the purposes of verifying section information, course credit hours do not need to be verified. See Credit Hours (Sect Cr Hrs) below for more information.
- Course Reference Number (CRN)
- Title (Course Title) - For the purposes of verifying section information, the course title does not need to be verified. See Title (Section Title) bullet point under the Verify Section Enrollment VOD (v2.1) Report Data section (below) for more information.

Verify Section Enrollment VOD (v2.1) Report Data

Note: The primary purpose of the Section Enrollment VOD report is to track course enrollments and view course schedule information. Visit the Business Objects Enterprise (BOE)page for more information.
1. Extract the Section Enrollment VOD (v2.1) report data.
Note: Set the Section Status parameter to All to view a list of all active and inactive sections for the desired term. Visit the Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) page for more information on extracting reports.
2. Verify the following for each section:
